the 19 sheep that are running around on my farm are not for eating, but they produce the wool that keeps me warm in winter.

Drentse heideschapen are the type of sheep i raise. They are a very ancient type of sheep (6000 years, so they say). They originate from the area where I life, the heatherland district in the north east of the netherlands. They are very easy going sheep. And yes, these sheep can jump for  joy!

What to do with the wool?
